These techniques are characterized by a fine, powdery effect and a gradient shading from dark to light, through which the set of small dots gives the eyebrow shape.
The technique is called Ombre Brow /Ombré means “shaded”/ because - as with Ombre hair coloring - we create a transition from the darker color to the lighter color.
